Through a series of engaging exercises and rehearsals, participants will explore the art of slowing down their pace, strategically incorporating pauses for maximum impact, and mastering the subtle dance of intonation.
After the small group session, each of your speakers recieves individualized attention in a separate 1:1 session with Joanna.

Format
Mic Drop Academy includes is one 60-minute small group session, then one individual 60-minute session per speaker.
Sessions can be facilitated in person or virtually.
EmpowHER: Speak Up, Stand Out
Joanna’s signature keynote speech focuses on what executive presence is, what it isn't, and why it's an essential skill for women leaders. Joanna shares top behavior tweaks that employees can start using for big, immediate results—like the ability to authentically exude confidence and garner trust in the workplace.
While this speech is the foundation for transformational growth for women leaders, it can benefit all employees and help them speak the same language when it comes to presence and leadership.
Format
The keynote can be delivered in person or virtually in 45 or 60 minutes. The speech kicks off the EmpowHER Accelerator but can also be delivered as a standalone.
EmpowHER: Accelerator
The EmpowHER Accelerator is for companies committed to supporting women through the process of transforming their leadership skills. In small group facilitated sessions, we dig into the executive presence ideas presented in the keynote and then some.
These in-depth conversations give employees the strategies and space to apply and practice leadership concepts, ultimately driving change in your entire organization.
Format
The accelerator includes 3 sessions, each focused on a different leadership topic area. Groups are small and intimate to foster discussion and trust.
The accelerator can be facilitated in person or virtually.
The Presence Studio
Developing executive presence takes time, practice, and feedback. The Presence Studio is the most comprehensive program we offer, and is for companies who want to make a long-term investment in their women leaders and their leadership skills.
This cohort program is designed to help women leaders identify their superpowers and cultivate executive presence skills to excel in their roles and beyond. As a cohort program, it also creates a sense of camaraderie as your employees gain critical leadership skills alongside one another.
Format
The Presence Studio runs for 6 sessions over a 12-week period. Support is offered in and out of session for the duration of the program. Cohorts are 20 women or fewer.
Delivery can be virtual, in person, or hybrid.
Customized 1:1 Sessions
Joanna supports your women leaders through customized 1:1 sessions aimed at developing specific and specialized leadership and presence skills. This offering is for individuals who are already confident in their leadership identity and want to target particular challenges.
Whether preparing for public-facing events or honing management skills, 1:1 sessions help women leaders understand the nuances of their personal leadership style and take on challenges with confidence.
Format
Packages vary in length. Sessions can be conducted in person or virtually.
